Tips for Using Virtual Assessor's Office property data module
Property records can be viewed on our new data access module. The information is updated daily from the Assessor's Office.
- You can search by street, owner name or map and parcel number.
- Use the tabs "Structures", "Land", "Valuation", "Permits", and "Sales" to view the data.
- The "Land" tab provides a map. To view the parcel outline on the map use the sliders to go to the bottom right corner of the page and click the"Show Parcel Map Overlay" button twice.
- If you do not see the parcel outlined in yellow zoom out on the map by double-clicking with the right mouse button to view a larger area. You can zoom in on the map by double-clicking with the left mouse button. You can move the map in any direction by clicking the left mouse button somewhere on the map and holding it down while you move your mouse.
- The red pointer is only an approximation and may not be accurate. Some parcels do not have an outline available for display on the map.
- Use the print function of your brower to print any of the screens.
