Meetings following COVID-19 Virus Emergency

Following the corona virus (COVID-19) State of Emergency, Governor Baker issued S.2985, signed into law July 16, 2022, extending remote public meetings for municipalities to March 31, 2023. The Ashby Conservation Commission meetings will continue to be conducted online via Zoom video and telephone conferencing on our regular 1st & 3rd Wednesday 7:30pm evening schedule.

Due to the current public heath emergency, MassDEP has released a guidance document for any new applications being submitted.

Ashby Conservation Commission now requires all applications and plans, new submissions or updates to pending applications, include an electronic copy of all pages in a commonly used file format, such as .pdf, .docx, .jpg, in addition to the paper format. The electronic files may be submitted by email or uploaded to the cloud at your Google Drive, DropBox, or similar online account. If you don’t have your own cloud location you can upload them here to the Ashby Conservation Commission’s Google Drive public folder and let us know via email that files have been submitted.

The Conservation Commission is responsible for administration of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act in Ashby.
