Meetings 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 7:30pm on Zoom

The Conservation Commission is responsible for administration of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act in Ashby.

Application forms for permits can be obtained from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection: Massachusetts Wetlands Forms

Ashby Conservation Commission requires all applications and plans, new submissions or updates to pending applications, include an electronic copy of all pages in a commonly used file format, such as .pdf, .docx, .jpg, in addition to the paper format required by state regulations. The electronic files may be submitted by email or uploaded to the cloud at your Google Drive, DropBox, or similar online account. If you don’t have your own cloud location you can upload them here to the Ashby Conservation Commission’s Google Drive public folder and let us know via email that files have been submitted.

On March 29, 2023 Gov. Healey signed into Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 providing an extension allowing pandemic era remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies through March 31, 2025.

The Ashby Conservation Commission meetings will be conducted online via Zoom video and telephone conferencing on our regular 1st & 3rd Wednesday 7:30pm evening schedule. Zoom contact information for meetings will be provided in the posted agenda.
