Amendments to Subdivision Rules & Regulations

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2024 at 7:15 pm via video conference to hear comment on amendments to the Rules & Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land.  Proposed amendments address the requirements of the Natural Resource Protection Zoning Bylaw, as was passed by Town Meeting All interested persons may attend the video conference hearing. Written comment will be read into the record. A copy of the proposed Rules & Regulations is available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk during posted business hours.
