The current Zoning Bylaw does not provide for signs in the Residential Agricultural District other than for home occupations and farm stands. The proposed bylaw would allow free standing signs up to 30 square feet for municipal uses in the district in addition to a sign on the building. Free standing internally lit signs are permitted. The Planning Board will hold a hearing on this bylaw change on April 12, 2023 at 7:30 pm by Zoom. The proposed bylaw will be voted on at the Town Meeting in May of 2023.
