The current Zoning Bylaw all all industrial uses with vague restrictions on noise, dust, odors, etc. The Building Inspector believes these vague restrictions are essentially unenforceable. The proposed Industrial District Zoning changes the district name to Light Industrial and provides quantifiable performance standards. The proposed bylaw is subject to modification and comments are welcome. We hope to bring this bylaw to Town Meeting in 2023 or 2024.
