- Contract progress with Gienapp Architects.
- Next steps.
- Other grants and projects.
- One Stop grant Letter of interest is written. Recommendation for Wayfinding grant application. Land Use Agent will assist.
- Nothing new on Unified Planning Work Program. Expect to hear from MRPC in late spring or early summer.
- Town meeting to vote on MBTA Communities Multi-family Overlay District on May 3, 2025 9:30 am. The outcome will affect grants for Grange Hall restoration.
- National Register of Historic Places requires local inventory of historic assets. If we wish to pursue this we need an action plan. Update on research of old inventory records.
- Letter from Tighe & Bond, MASSDOT road resurfacing project Fitchburg State Rd. and Greenville Rd. soliciting comment on any historical properties along the construction area. Fitchburg town line to Turnpike Road. Discuss response.
- Letter from Tracy Fortier (DCR). Demolition of the Stoddard house and Snack Shack will begin soon. She will take photos of the interior and get them to us.
- Update, if any, on Friends of the Grange.
- Business not anticipated by the chair.
