During the coronavirus emergency the meetings of local boards and commissions will take place remotely by teleconference. This means meetings will take place by telephone and/or computer. The public is welcome to participate in these meetings. Each meeting will have a specific url and Meeting ID number. You will need to check the notice for the meeting you wish to participate in.
By Telephone: The easiest way to participate in the meeting is by telephone. Dial the first number in the list below. If it is busy try the second and so on. Once connected you will need to enter the Meeting ID number. You will then be connected to the meeting. You will be able to hear the proceedings and comment when recognized. Long distance charges may apply depending on your provider and telephone service.
By Computer: If you have a computer connected to the internet with speakers and a microphone you can join the meeting through it. You will be able to hear and see the proceedings and comment when recognized. Low bandwidth connections may require that you use audio only to participate.
If you join the meeting before before it starts you may hear no sound or have a blank screen. Stay on the line and wait until the meeting starts.
