Remain Alert – Avian influenza

From the Ashby Animal Control Officer:

I’m sure as many have heard the avian influenza has been detected in a bald eagle in Townsend. I do not want to raise alarm but make sure everyone is aware so we can keep our town flocks safe, I know there are some larger flocks in town that may be harder to notice something off right away. I have attached two links in order  help the community keep their flocks safe and to know what to watch for. At any time you have questions or concerns please contact ACO directly at (978)-303-5889.
